You are invited to read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. When you submit an order through this website, you warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and you are the person referred to in the billing details. At the moment of ordering is required the full payment.
When the payment has been completed, you will be provided with an order confirmation with an order number and a payment receipt via email. We invite to check also the junk mail folder as confirmations may be redirected there by your security software. Please check your copy of the order carefully. If there’s a mistake with i.e. the item or recipient’s address please let us know as soon as possible, email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Effulgence Desserts is not responsible for customers’ mistakes made during the ordering process. In case of changes to orders or to delivery address, an additional charges may be applied. Please note that we may not be able to accomodate late changes

To utilize your promotion code, enter the specific code at checkout where it requires “Enter a promo code”.
Please note, promotion codes can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. There is no cash alternative. Effulgence Desserts reserves the right to withdraw the promotion codes, refuse or restrict any order at any time and amend the Terms & Conditions of the promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotion codes are valid for a limited time only, while stocks last.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, keep in touch with our customer service at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery explaining why you are not satisfied. We will exchange, replace the item, will issue a partial refund or refund the item price.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your ORDER NUMBER and your name if you wish to cancel your order. Please make sure you have given sufficient notice as processed order cannot be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
None of the above affects your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations.
In the unlike event the purchased product is not available, we’ll promptly inform you regarding this issue offering a different/equivalent product. If you don’t agree with this offer, you will be refunded.
