1. Orders for signature cakes and pastries must be placed and confirmed at least 3 days prior to the desired delivery or pickup date.

2. For bespoke cake orders, please place and confirm your order at least one week before the intended delivery or pickup date.

3. Orders are processed only after confirmation between Effulgent Desserts and the customer.

4. Full payment must be settled within 24 hours after order confirmation. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation.

5. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and payments are non-refundable.

6. All products sold are non-refundable.

7. Product images are for reference purposes only. All products are subject to change without prior notice.

8. Proper storage is crucial for maintaining the quality and safety of our perishable products. Effulgent Desserts will provide customers with storage instructions. Effulgent Desserts is not liable for any deterioration in product quality due to improper storage by customers.

9. Our products are prepared in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soy, sesame, and gluten are used. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of these allergens.
